Sassy is right. Pixie Sticks are groovy. Remember Ally Sheedy in the movie "The Breakfast Club" where she made a Pixie Stick sandwich? Pour the powder on white bread & eat. Glycemic rush.
sassy is right about tearing the paper off the top and just eating them, but the ones in the plastic tubes you need scissors for. those are not awesome/groovy.
